We invite you to register your return on our platform, which will allow you to receive by email :

• Prepaid return label for eligible countries (return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund).

or

• Return instructions for other countries which will allow you to return your item via your local postal service (return shipping fees will be at your expense).                          If you are returning via your local postal service, we recommend stating "Non-       commercial shipment" (or declaring it as a return) to avoid any customs duties or taxes.
