Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link.
We recommend using that link directly to follow your parcel in real time.

Please note that tracking updates can take up to 48 hours — no worries, that’s completely normal.

Your tracking number remains the same throughout the delivery process, even when your parcel is handed over to a local carrier in your country.

You can also check the local carrier’s website (e.g. USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.) — always with the same tracking number from your email.

In some countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia, Albania, Argentina, Australia...), tracking updates may be partial or unavailable.

In that case, please contact us via our contact form — we’ll be happy to help you locate your parcel.
