As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it and it’s being prepared

If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder — it may have ended up there 

You can also track your order status directly from your customer account, anytime. 

Please note : if you choose to pay with Paypal or Apple Pay, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal or Apple Pay account.
