I can’t validate my payment, what should I do ?Updated 2 months ago

If your payment isn’t going through, here’s what you can try :

  1. Double-check your payment details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
  2. Your bank may have triggered a 3D Secure authentication : check if you’ve received a confirmation code by SMS or a notification in your banking app to approve the payment.
  3. Try switching to another payment method : we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
  4. If you're using a bank card, contact your bank to ensure there’s no security block.
  5. If you're using Paypal, your account might be temporarily suspended (it happens!). Feel free to reach out to Paypal support — they can usually resolve it quickly.
