Over the Holiday Season, our special bundle offers show specificities regarding returns & refunds. In a nutshell: please contact us directly should you wish to return one or all products. Refund terms will vary depending on the type of return.
1) Conditions
You have until January 31st to return any item you do not wish to keep. The return period has been extended during holiday season.
Items must be returned in perfect condition — unworn and undamaged, in their original pouches (a fabric pouch and a pouch with the product QR code) and their box.
Once received, our team will carry out a systematic quality check.
Agapée reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet our return criteria.
2) How to return my item ?
Agapée's platform to generate a return is not available for the 2 Bundles : Zodiac Set, Signature Set. To return any item from any of these 2 offers : please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]
3) For special bundles, how much will I be refunded?
- If you return the full bundle, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
- If you return only part of the bundle (i.e., one of the items), the refund will be calculated based on the full price (before discount) of the item you keep.
Example:
You purchase a bundle at €140, with a full (undiscounted) value of €166:
Product A = €94
Product B = €72
If you return Product A and keep Product B:
Refund = €140 (bundle price) – €72 (full price of Product B kept) = €68
If you return Product B and keep Product A:
Refund = €140 (bundle price) – €94 (full price of Product A kept) = €46
