Since December 9, 2025, a new option is available: add a personalized message card to your order for free.

How do I add a personalized message?

  1. At checkout, select the option before you confirm your order.
  2. Tick the checkbox to add the card to your order.
  3. Choose one of these options:
    • Type your message in the text box — we’ll print it and include it in your order. Perfect if you’re sending a gift directly to someone.
    • Leave the text box blank — you’ll receive a blank card to handwrite your message.
  4. Receive a physical card inside the parcel!

Can I modify my message after I made my order?

  • Can I edit it after ordering? Once your order is confirmed, the message can’t be changed.
  • What if I forgot to tick the option? We can’t add it after the order is placed.
  • When is it printed? Printed exactly as entered at checkout.

Card details

  • Size: A5 (148 × 210 mm)
  • Front: Printed Agapée design (previewed at checkout)
  • Back: Small Agapée logo + small barcode, plus:
    • your printed message, or
    • a blank space if you leave the text box empty

Message guidelines

  • Maximum length: 400 characters
  • Line breaks: you can add line breaks, they will be supported in the print
  • No emojis, please: emojis may print as random symbols
  • Special characters: we recommend not to use too many special characters to avoid random symbols
  • Languages: you can write in the following alphabets :
    • Latin (Hello) — including extended Latin with accents (e.g., Bonjour, Olá, Grüezi, Čau, Żółć)
    • Cyrillic (Привет)
    • Greek (Γεια)
    • Arabic (مرحبا)
    • Hebrew (שלום)
    • Chinese/Japanese/Korean (你好/こんにちは/안녕하세요)

Quick FAQ

  • Can I buy the card on its own? No — it’s only available as a free add-on with a product purchase.
  • Can I add more than one card to the same order? No — only one card can be added per order.
  • Can I return, replace, or get a refund for the card? No — as a free gift, it isn’t eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Does the card come with an envelope? No — the card comes exactly as shown in the preview, without an envelope.
  • Where is the barcode located? Will it affect the design? The barcode is on the back in the left down corner and is small and discreet, a small Agapée logo is printed on the top in the middle of the card.
